World Cup pool - my $$$, your picks, we win, we split

ME: clueless soccer fan who wants to join the WC pool at work without looking like an idiot but doesn't know the first thing about the game.

YOU: knowledgeable lifelong football fan (you see what I did there?) who knows more then I ever will and is willing to fill in a bracket.

THE POOL: It's $20 a head, I'll pay for 2 entries (maybe one with upsets, and the other powerhouse winners? I don't know, you're the picks person, why you asking me, your call) I'll keep you updated. We win, we split it.

GOOD NEWS: I work in a multi-national organization and there will be a lot of entries.

BAD NEWS: I work in a multi-national organization and these dude's know their football. It's not going to be a fortune but I WILL send you 1/2 if we win.

Not sure what happens if there are multiple entries looking the same a la (Argentina/Brasil)....(Germany/Brasil)....does the pot get split?...either way...I'm not looking for a thing but if you are looking to be different but absolutely realistic...The French and The Italians are primed for a run(as much as it sickens me to back either of those squads)..I believe both are double digit odds but are by no means a resolute underdog v. Any squad in the world...cheers
